What we'll need from you:
- a signed agreement that details the look, feel and functionality of your new website that we arrive at together in our first meeting
- payment for half the agreed upon fee before we begin the project
- payment for the balance of the project paid at the end of the site handover
- edited text and images as determined during our first editorial and design meeting to be provided at the half way point of the project (the exact date to be detailed in our agreement)
- quick responses if we have a question during the design or construction phases
After your new site is completed, we can also help you present, promote and protect your reputation online. And, we can help you design and publish an enewsletter to complement your new website, as you wish.
If you contract our services to design or redesign your website, we’ll host it for the first year for free and show you how to set up email accounts and manage your website domain's control panel at no charge. (valued at $150). |
